Refund Policy
Serrelli Street Inc. will accept responsibility to refund full purchase price and delivery cost in the event of, and with verification of, a late or damaged delivery by Federal Express Inc. that causes our perishable product to arrive inedible.
We will also refund the posted A la Carte price of an item damaged in a partially damaged delivery with verification by Federal Express Inc. ie: broken jar of giardinara, opened container of peppers, stale bread or spilled beef or gravy.
