Serrelli Street is the newest outlet for Chicago’s oldest Italian beef recipe. It was first sold in Serrelli’s West side store in 1934 and has been a Chicago legend ever since.
Even today, customers still drive to our only store to buy buckets of our uniquely Chicago beef and gravy and their condiments.
Serrelli Street has kept growing to meet demand with more space, ovens, freezers, etc. but never changing the process or recipe. That practice continues today, except that transplanted Chicagoans and fans can now have Serrelli’s anywhere in the USA. It is delivered to your door cooked and frozen in its own gravy in a foam chest, with Italian rolls, peppers and giardinara all included. Everything we sell is made in our kitchens with no preservatives or any additives.
